4. What's NOT Covered
The following are not eligible for refund:
- AI API Costs: Charges from your AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter) are billed separately by them—not by us. We have no ability to refund these costs.
- Accounts Older Than 7 Days: Refund requests after the 7-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
- Terms of Service Violations: Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds
- Abuse of Refund Policy: Repeated signups and refund requests to avoid payment
